Our Philosophy
At Chefaleh, we don't just focus on flavor — we focus on what goes into every ingredient. We cook exclusively with extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil — never seed oils.
We use unbleached, organic flours and avoid processed shortcuts. No soy-based fillers, no unnecessary additives, no compromises.
Real ingredients, properly sourced, cooked with intention. This isn't about trends — it's about quality, digestion, and how food should actually be prepared.

We ordered from Chefaleh for an office party and the food was simply unbelievable! Trust me on this. Best food I've had in South Florida. I can't wait to order from here again!

Behind the Counter
Every dish is prepared by our team of experienced chefs who understand that Shabbat is more than just a meal — it's a moment to gather, celebrate, and connect without the stress of cooking.
We bring restaurant-quality technique and farm-to-table principles to your home, ensuring that every element — from the proteins to the sides to the desserts — reflects our commitment to excellence.
Our kitchen operates with precision and passion, turning fresh ingredients into memorable meals that your family will talk about long after Shabbat ends.
A New Chapter
Chef John Jones Angulio joins Chefaleh bringing years of experience in Peruvian and Ecuadorian kitchens — the bright acidity of ceviche, the deep char of anticuchos, the slow-built layers of a proper lomo saltado.
John reworks these traditions within our kosher standards and clean-ingredient philosophy, translating bold South American technique into dishes that belong on a Shabbat table.
His Peruvian & Ecuadorian selections now anchor their own section of our weekly menu — a new chapter for Chefaleh, cooked with the same intention as everything else we serve.
